Return & Cancellation Policy
 
AGI Solutions Inc. stands behind the quality of our products and service.  All merchandise from AGI Solutions is guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective will be replaced. Defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days from receipt. Authorization from AGI Solutions is required prior to return of merchandise.
 
Return Policy: There are NO returns or exchanges on any Custom Printed items. We DO allow Returns on stock items, by calling 888 987-8425 obtaining a RMA number. There is a required 15% re-stocking fee.   NO EXCEPTIONS!
 
Cancellation Policy: There will be no cancellation charge if the order is canceled before artwork is started. We have a 24 hour window that a order could be cancelled. Starting from the time you placed your order, unless you requested a RUSH service. After that time, your order will have been sent to the Art Dept. for film. At this point there will be a $45.00 cancel charge for Screen Printed items. If your order was a Flexo Printed Product, the cancellation charge will be $75.00. An order can not be cancelled after it has been produced.   NO EXCEPTIONS!
